Every plan includes the complete build. The more care you choose, the less you pay to get started. Your plan stays the same for the first 12 months, and upgrades are welcome anytime.
Each part of a plan has one meaning, so you always know exactly what is included.
Anything we built that stops working as it did at launch, such as a broken form or a missed alert. Included in every plan. Issues caused by changes or tools we did not make are quoted separately.
A change to something that already exists: swap photos, edit text, change a price, or add or remove a listed service. Each one takes about 30 minutes or less, and larger changes are quoted first. Handled one at a time, in the order received.
One new piece each month on Partner: a new page, a new form, or a new automation. Unused months do not roll over.
A short monthly summary: requests received, average time to first reply, and requests that became jobs.
Upgrades in development and testing now. Partner includes each one as it launches.
