Who we are
Linkweave is a remote technology operations business based in Tennessee and run by Kyle Sisk. This policy covers getlinkweave.com and the client systems we build, host, and maintain.
What we collect on this website
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:
- Your name, business name, and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to share it
- Your answers, suggestions, and messages
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Your light or dark mode choice is saved only in your own browser and is never sent to us. The company that hosts this website may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, prepare your plan, deliver the services you choose, and improve what we offer. We never sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists. We may email you about your request.
Who we share it with
We do not share your information with anyone, except the service providers that host this website, process form submissions, and deliver email, and only so they can provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your customers’ data, for our clients
When we build and maintain your system, your customer information is handled with care:
- Your customer information belongs to you.
- It is never sold or shared, and it is used only to run your business.
- Every account that touches your data is protected with two-step login and a unique password.
- Every change is made under a named account, never a shared login, so it can be traced.
- Access is limited to what each task requires.
- Your data stays in your system. We do not keep copies on personal devices, in email, or in spreadsheets, except a backup you request.
- The computers we work from are encrypted, kept up to date, and locked when not in use.
- If you ever leave, you receive a full export of your customer records, and our access is removed within 30 days.
- If your data is ever exposed, we notify you right away.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information you sent us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days. To make a request, send a note through the suggestion box on our feedback page beginning with “Privacy request,” and include the email address you used.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this website does not track visitors across other websites, there is nothing for that signal to turn off, and the site works the same either way.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of storing or sending information online is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to act quickly if something goes wrong.
Children
This website is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here.
